Our motto is: Egyptian Tradition Meets Swiss Quality

Our Values: By this we mean a business partnership and a friendly relationship between Mohamed, an Egyptian businessman, and Katharina, a Swiss entrepreneur, and our two families. Our boat manager speaks fluent English (German lessons planned). We offer accompanied shore excursions with English and/or German-speaking guides, so that our guests also feel cared for when they are off the ship. Mohamed is always there, I, Katharina, very often. On request, I am happy to accompany German-speaking guests on their journey.

Our Arabic crew went through a 1:1 introduction and personal training with me. I cleaned the entire ship with the housekeeping team, removed stains, scrubbed the floor, vacuumed the cabins and taught my crew Swiss hygiene and cleanliness.

The saying «where’s the boss? – the boss is under the toilet” has survived to this day and causes great amusement among the crew.

We would like to offer themed weeks, which we are still putting together and planning in detail. Some examples are: “Egyptian history and myths” accompanied by an Egyptologist, “Recipes from ancient Egypt: an Egyptian cooking course”, “Intensive coaching / wingwave® seminars” for couples or companies, “Photo trips” accompanied by a designated photographer, ” Wellness trips” with a focus on healthy, light cuisine, plenty of exercise (yoga, personal training on the ship) and a pampering program such as massage and facial treatment.

Our offer is aimed at guests from Central Europe who are interested in the culture and history of Egypt, appreciate a traditional Nile cruise on a small, individual scale and do not want to forego a high standard of service.

The trip on our “Queeny” is ideal for couple vacations, family vacations, small group trips, seminars, honeymoons and incentive trips.

Summary

The familiar atmosphere of our family business and the fair and respectful interaction between crew and passengers means that the cruise on our “Queeny” is like a week with friends.
